About Us

Dedicated to improving healthcare at Harare Central Hospital since 2016.

Our Story

Founded in 2016, the Friends of Harare Hospital (FHH) is a UK-based voluntary organisation committed to enhancing the physical and mental wellbeing of patients at Harare Central Hospital — as well as supporting retired HCH-affiliated professionals now living in the UK.

Our mission is driven by the provision of essential equipment, resources and advocacy to improve healthcare delivery and outcomes. FHH is proudly made up of healthcare professionals who trained, worked, or maintain strong ties to Harare Central Hospital. United by a shared vision, we aim to change the narrative and uplift the standards of care at one of Zimbabwe's most vital medical institutions.
